Snack for Pregnant Mamas


That sandwich that you ate 45 minutes ago not holding its own against your rumbling tummy? Use this list of healthy, go-to snacks to carry you through those long hours between lunch and dinner .
  • Apple slices spread with cheese
  • Homemade muffins made with grated carrots
  • A smoothie made with fresh blueberries, plain non-fat yogurt and half of a banana
  • Cottage cheese with fresh strawberries or peaches
  • Air-popped popcorn sprinkled with Chinese Five Spice blend.
  • Peaches dipped in light cream cheese.
  • Baked tortilla chips and salsa.
  • Celery slices smothered in peanut butter.
