Actually only saturdays or sundays I have enough time to serve cooking for my husband and my kids. This time I try to make chicken massala. But I'm sorry I cannot make some nice pictures to serve in this site with this post. At least I can give you another choice if you wanna try something knew for cooking, okay.
Chicken Tikka Masala
serve for 3
- 1 Bag Chicken Tandoori (ready to use)
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
a. Prepare rice and thaw sauce packet per instructions on the package. Set aside.
b. Place frozen chicken and vegetables in a non-stick skillet over high heat.
c. Add tomatoes, yogurt, curry powder, chicken broth and thawed sauce.
d. Cover and cook over high heat for 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
